Zopliclone & Me

Sleepless nights are no good for anyone. But taking pharmaceutical drugs to induce sleep was certainly not a good solution for me. Sleep drugs can lead to dependence and addiction, and cast the user into downward spiral from which it can be extremely difficult to escape. Zopiclone (also known as Imovane, Zimovane and Dopareel) is one of many drugs prescribed by doctors to help people sleep. Whilst they do actually induce sleep, they can have negative mental and physical side–effects which impact upon people’s lives. Moreover, once users become dependent on the drug, it can actually prevent them from sleeping without it. This is my story of addiction and dependence on Zopiclone – and how I made my final escape from it.

The Answer to Cancer

The answers to 100 questions about Cancer, with an Introduction by author Dorothy Fosbrooke. This book could change your life. Anyone who has suffered cancer, known someone with cancer, or is concerned about getting this terrible disease themselves, should read it. If you believe that current medical knowledge and practice has the complete answer to cancer, think again: it doesn’t. If it did, I would not need to write this book.
